The Rotary Club of Boroko, led by Past Assistant District Governor Lionel Melville, recently presented classroom desks to Gamadoudou Primary School in Milne Bay Province as part of the Club's long-running Desk Donation Project.
Founded by Lionel Melville, the initiative has been supporting schools across Papua New Guinea for decades, providing thousands of students with quality classroom furniture and creating better learning environments. This latest donation reflects the Club's ongoing commitment to improving education through sustainable community service.
The Club extends its sincere thanks to Headmaster Agnes Walo, the teachers, students, and local councillors for their warm welcome and partnership in making this project a success. Together, we continue to live Rotary's motto: Service Above Self.
